I bought this unit over a year ago, and despite using it 3-4 times a week it looks and works like new. The only thing I've done is to squirt the coils with WD-40 twice, other than that it's maintenance free. I still enjoy using it on a regular basis.
Update June 2008: I've moved to Hawaii and this was one of the few things I brought with me. Still use it 4-5 days a week and it is as rock solid as the day I bought it. I remain very pleased with the quality and workmanship. The physical benefits of rebounding are immense, and the fact that it's fun to do doesn't hurt either!
Update May 2010: Solid as a rock, still love bouncing on this baby while I check my email before work. I seriously can not remember the last time I had a cold, it was many many years ago. I used to have 2-4 flu/cold episodes per year.
